For a correction, give the page and the figure or the rule that looks wrong: we check it against its source, and a wrong figure or rule is corrected or removed.
Your quote request and your data
The form gives you a reference number, such as IN-20261026-…, when your request is sent: quote it in every message about that request. If you no longer have it, give the name, e-mail address and phone number you used in the request and the day you sent it.
Write to [email protected] to withdraw your consent, as easily as you gave it: we then stop using your request and tell Quotbox and the sellers who received it. You can also ask to see, correct, complete, update or erase your data, or name another person to do it for you; we answer within 90 days at the latest. The privacy policy gives the details.
Complaints
Write your complaint to [email protected]. We acknowledge a complaint within 48 hours, with a copy of it as we registered it, and answer it within one month, including a complaint about how your data was used. If you are not satisfied with our answer about your personal data, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
The same address and the same times apply if no seller contacted you after your request, or if a seller who contacted you about it did not keep one of the commitments we ask of partner sellers or used your details for anything other than your quote: write with your reference. We are not a party to your dealings with the seller, but we take note of every report: after a justified complaint, Quotbox removes the partner.
